Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 baking potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 c. sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
paprika
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Scrub potatoes well and dry them. Prick potato skins with fork.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes.
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Carefully scoop out potato without breaking skin.
Mash the potatoes with butter, cheese, sour cream and salt.
Fill potato skins.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Place in baking dish.
Return to the oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
