Chicken Wingdings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. maple flavored syrup
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 lb. chicken wings, tips removed
Preparation

In a saucepan, mix the syrup, catsup, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and garlic powder.
Bring to a boil; cook over medium heat about 6 minutes.
Cut wings in halves at joint.
Place skin side down on foil-lined jelly roll pan.
Pour sauce over chicken, coating evenly.
Cover.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Turn chicken skin side up.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, spooning sauce occasionally.
Serve hot with remaining sauce or serve cold.
Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
