Libby Chowning'S Frozen Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange Jell-O
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small bottle maraschino cherries
    1 c. cream
    2 bananas
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O with pinch of salt in 1 cup boiling water. Add mayonnaise and juice from pineapple and maraschino cherries. Set in refrigerator and let cool until thickens.
    Whip cream; add bananas and fold into Jell-O mixture.
    Add chopped cherries, pineapple and a few chopped nuts.
    Pour into lightly oiled loaf pan and freeze.
