Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. fresh apples, diced
1 1/2 c. broken up pecans

Preparation

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients, except pecans.
Lightly fold in pecans.
