Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. scalded milk
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    6 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Add shortening and sugar; cool.
    Add yeast, beaten eggs, flour and salt.
    Let rise until doubled; push down. Roll out small amount; cover with softened butter.
    Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar.
    Roll the dough and cut into small slices. Put into pans to rise.
