Grand Marnier Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 tsp. Grand Marnier or other orange flavor liqueur
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. Grand Marnier or other orange liqueur
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, well drained
Preparation
    Combine the first 4 ingredients.
    Press into a 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar and flour.
    Mix well.
    Stir in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each.
    Stir in 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier.
    Spoon into prepared crust in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool at room temperature on wire rack.
    Refrigerate 12 hours.
    Remove pan sides.
    Garnish with mandarin oranges.
    Serves 10 to 12 persons.
