Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. rump roast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. sweet basil
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 bay leaves
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine meat with remaining ingredients.
    Bake in covered pan at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
    Stick fork in meat to check when tender.
    Remove meat when done and cool.
    Slice thin.
    Put meat back in juice and warm to serve.
