Crab Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. crabmeat
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. white bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
seafood seasoning
grated Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Make the white sauce:
Melt butter in double boiler.
Add flour and mix to blend.
Gradually add preheated milk.
Mix well; let cool slightly.
Fold in crabmeat, breadcrumbs (no crust), mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Add mixture to a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle top slightly with seafood seasoning.
Layer the top with desired amount of grated Cheddar cheese.
Bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until it just begins to bubble and edges begin to brown.
