Easy Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cube butter
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/3 c. white or dark corn syrup
    lots of popped corn
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Spray Pam
    on
    sides
    and bottom of 1 large brown paper grocery bag.
    Fill
    1/3 to 1/2 full with popped corn (unpopped kernels removed).
    Melt the butter in 4 cup glass measure cup. Add to
    butter
    the
    brown sugar and corn syrup.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes covered with wax paper.
    This mixture will need to be stirred
    down frequently.
    Stir in baking soda and cook on
    High another 2 minutes, stirring mixture down frequently. To bag of popped corn, add syrup mixture, stirring constantly. Fold bag
    and microwave 1 minute.
    Shake bag and bake another 1/2 minute. Remove bag and split one side open to allow corn to cool.
