Stromboli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread dough (homemade or store bought)
    olive oil
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, sliced thin
    1/2 lb. salami, sliced thin
    1/2 lb. mortadella, sliced thin
    Romano cheese, grated
    crushed red pepper
    oregano
Preparation
    Roll out dough into 1/4-inch thick circle.
    Place single layer of mortadella, Provolone and salami.
    Sprinkle Romano cheese, crushed red pepper and oregano.
    Roll up like a jelly roll; seal edges and ends.
    Place seam side down on a greased cookie sheet. Brush top with olive oil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
    Cool; cut in 1-inch slices and serve.
    Can be served warm or cold.
