Pecan Kisses - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium sized egg whites
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Gradually add sugar, then vanilla while mixing.
    Fold in nuts.
    Place on well-greased cookie sheets by spoonfuls.
    Spread with spoon until flattened.
    Bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
