North Carolina Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cold milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. seedless raisins
Preparation
    Heat cold milk and vanilla, but do not allow to boil.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir.
    Place in shallow, buttered baking dish and bake approximately one hour at 350\u00b0.
    Stir every twenty minutes while baking until set.
