Scarparelli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless chicken strips
1/2 lb. hot Italian sausage
1/2 large Spanish onion
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 to 3/4 c. olive oil
8 oz. pepperoncini peppers, cut in half
pinch of thyme
salt to taste
penne pasta
1/2 c. white wine
Preparation

Using 1/2 of oil, saute onions and garlic with wine for about 2 minutes.\tAdd
sausage.
Cook
on medium until sausage is cooked.
Add chicken and rest
of
oil, the thyme and salt. Cook with cover on for
about
10
minutes
or
until
cooked, stirring occasionally.
Cook
pasta as desired.
Serve mixture over pasta. Sprinkle with hot peppers.
