Mexican Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped ripe olives
    2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
    2 Roma tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    3 chopped green onions
    2 mashed garlic cloves
    3 tsp. olive oil
    2 tsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. pepper
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Combine all of the ingredients and chill overnight.
    Serve with Frito scoops corn chips.
