Friendly Frank'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rice
    4 c. water
    1 lb. bacon
    3 to 4 bell peppers, chopped
    6 to 8 green onions, chopped
    6 eggs, scrambled
    soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook rice until tender and dry.
    Fry bacon until crisp; drain grease from skillet (all but 3 to 4 tablespoons).
    Add rice, chopped peppers, onions, scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon.
    Let heat over low heat while stirring to mix.
    Let cook until peppers and onions are done.
    Serve while hot with soy sauce.
