Wild Rice Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked and drained wild rice
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 small onion, minced
2 cans milk
2 cans cream of potato soup
6 to 8 slices American cheese
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add milk and potato soup.
Increase heat to medium, stirring occasionally.
When mixture is hot, add cheese to speed melting.
When creamy, add cooked wild rice.
