Southern Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. packaged biscuit mix
    1 lb. bulk sausage, room temperature
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar, room temperature
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and knead thoroughly to blend.
    Roll into small walnut-sized balls.
    Place on ungreased baking sheet and bake 20 minutes in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven.
    It makes 60 to 70 balls.
    May be baked and refrigerated, then reheated to serve.
