Minute Steak Luzern - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. (4) beef cube steaks
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sliced green onions
    1/4 c. beef broth
    2 (3 oz.) Kraft natural Swiss cheese slices, quartered
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
    Brown steaks in oil 3 minutes on each side in a large skillet. Add onions and broth; cook 1 minute.
    Top steaks with cheese; sprinkle with parsley.
    Cover.
    Cook 2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Makes 4 servings.
