Double Fudge Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients in double boiler until blended. Remove from heat and add chocolate morsels plus vanilla.
    Stir until chocolate melts.
    Transfer chocolate mix to a large bowl. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
