Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 lb. ground pork
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter (for frying)
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until golden.
    Soak crumbs in cream and water in a medium bowl.
    Add beef, pork, onion and seasonings. Mix thoroughly until smooth.
    Shape into small balls with hands or two teaspoons dipped in cold water.
    Fry in butter, shaking pan continuously to keep balls round.
    Serve hot or cold as a \"Smorgasbord\" dish.
