Caramel For Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. syrup or honey
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Bring all ingredients just to a boil.
    Do not boil.
    Keeps very well in the refrigerator.
