Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    1 onion, chopped
    3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing *
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    2 eggs
    1/3 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, onion and bell pepper.
    Drain.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Dot with butter and bake in casserole dish 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Before serving, top with grated cheese.
