Healthy Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. unbleached flour (all-purpose)
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. sugar in the raw
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
4 eggs
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In large bowl, mix applesauce, eggs and grated carrots.
Add dry ingredients. Mix with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
