White Sauce Or Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
cheese (if making cheese sauce)
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in flour and salt, stirring until mixed.
Add milk, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
If sauce is too thick, add more milk.
Good for scalloped and creamed dishes.
Makes 1 cup.
