Apricot Chicken Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    8 skinned chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. white flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. slivered almonds
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Cover bottom of baking pan with oil. Shake chicken in plastic bag with flour and salt.
    Place chicken in a single layer in pan.
    Bake 25 minutes.
    Combine apricot preserves, mustard and yogurt.
    Spread mixture on chicken.
    Bake 30 more minutes.
    Before serving, brown almonds lightly in toaster oven.
    Sprinkle almonds over chicken.
    Serve with rice.
