Lemon Crumb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust plus 1/4 c. extra crumbs
    3 eggs, separated
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    juice and grated rind of 1 1/2 lemons
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks well; stir in milk, lemon juice, rind and salt. Whip egg whites until stiff.
    Fold into lemon mixture and pour into crust.
    Sprinkle with 1/4 cup crumbs.
    Bake for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0. Chill before serving.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
