Mixed Vegetable Casserole(Serves 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can mixed vegetables (undrained)
    2 c. chow mein noodles
    3 to 4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can mushrooms (undrained)
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and celery.
    Drain excess fat.
    Mix with all other remaining ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
