Vegetarian Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry bread and cracker crumbs
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 c. cooked, mashed peas
    1 c. cooked, mashed carrots
    1/2 tsp. sage
    1 c. diced onions
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small can mushrooms, diced
Preparation
    Mix and bake in oiled pan 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
