Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can whole corn
    1 can creamed corn
    8 oz. pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3/4 stick melted butter
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    8 oz. no fat sour cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Pour into 9 x 11-inch glass pan.
    (Can top with 8 ounce shredded Swiss cheese last 5 minutes of baking time.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until light brown.
