Homemade Fudge(Club Member: Jason Baldwin) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. Snowdrift shortening
    6 Tbsp. cocoa
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except pecans and vanilla, in a large pot; bring to a boil. Continue boiling for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat; add vanilla and pecans. Beat until this mixture starts to thicken. Pour into a pan to cool. Cut into servings. (Cook 2 minutes and this makes great frosting for cake.)
