Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. spaghetti
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 well beaten eggs
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. canned tomatoes, cut up
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti according to directions.
    After draining spaghetti, add margarine.
    Stir in Parmesan cheese and eggs.
    Form spaghetti mixture into a \"crust\" in a buttered pie plate (I use casserole dish).
    Cook ground beef, onion and pepper until meat is brown and vegetables are tender; drain.
    Add undrained tomatoes, paste, sugar, oregano and garlic salt; heat and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Spread cottage cheese over bottom of \"crust.\"
    Fill with meat and tomato mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top; bake 5 minutes longer.
