Hearty Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. apple sauce
1 egg
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. regular or minute oats
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. shredded apple
2 Tbsp. walnuts
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
*sugar and cinnamon (optional)
Preparation

Beat oil, egg and milk in medium bowl.\tAdd remaining ingredients just until moistened.
Spoon into sprayed muffin tin (12). Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
