Sweet And Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head shredded cabbage
2 tsp. cooking oil
1 tsp. cornstarch
water
1 tsp. salt
1 c. water
3 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cook cabbage in oil about 2 minutes; combine cornstarch in small amount of water until dissolved.
Add salt, 1 cup water, sugar and vinegar.
Pour over cabbage and cook approximately 5 minutes until mixture is slightly thick and liquid is clear.
