Corn-Chili-Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimentos, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
    1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Place ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
    Turn into buttered shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0, uncovered, 40 minutes or until set.
