*Pecan Pralines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    16 marshmallows
    2 c. pecans
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, milk, marshmallows and butter in saucepan.
    Heat until melted.
    Add pecans and cook until soft ball stage, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla and beat only until it starts to lose its gloss.
    Drop from spoon onto waxed paper.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
