Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. English dry mustard
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg yolk
    1 soup spoon cream sauce or mayonnaise
    1 tsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Take 1 pound crab meat for each four crab cakes.
    Put crab meat into a mixing bowl.
    Add the salt, pepper, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, egg yolk, cream sauce or mayonnaise and the parsley.
    Mix well; make four crab cakes.
    Press hard together. Dip into flour, then into beaten eggs, then into breadcrumbs.
    Fry them in hot grease.
