Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup of sugar
2 Tablespoons corn starch
1 1/3 cup water
dash of salt
Preparation

Cook above ingredients until clear. Pour in 1 small pkg. peach jello; let cool. (To speed up cooling, put pot in large bowl of ice water.) Bake pie crust. Let crust cool. Pour a little jello (cool) mixture in bottom of cooled pie crust to seal the crust. Chill until set (few mins.). Put sliced fruit in crust and pour mixture over fruit. Shake gently to settle jello. Chill. Serve with whipping cream. This can also be made with strawberries and strawberry jello.
