Janie'S 4Th Of July Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. chicken parts
    1 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix, crumbled in blender
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 cube butter
Preparation
    Melt the cube of butter and roll the chicken in it.
    Then roll each piece of chicken in the mixture which includes the stuffing mix, parsley, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
