Microwave Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lasagna noodles
    6 c. Italian meat sauce or 1 (20 oz.) jar prepared sauce
    1 c. water or dry red wine
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    10 oz. Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cover bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with sauce.
    Place a layer of noodles over the sauce.
    Add half of the cheeses and cover with sauce.
    Form another layer of noodles and cover with sauce. Add remaining cheese, except 1 cup of Mozzarella.
    Cover with sauce.
    Add remaining noodles and cover that layer with sauce.
