Fried Catfish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. prepared mustard
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 c. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper
catfish fillets
Preparation

Pat fillets dry with paper towel.
Mix mustard and horseradish.
Spoon about 1 teaspoon on each piece of fish. Spread evenly over entire piece of fish.
Mix cornmeal and flour together.
Dip fish fillets gently in dry mixture.
Fry in deep, very hot cooking oil.
