Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes confectioners sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 sticks butter or oleo
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, grated
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Sift sugar and cocoa together.
Grate cheese.
Melt butter or oleo and cheese together.
Pour into sugar and cocoa mixture.
Add flavoring and nuts.
Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
Cut into squares when cool.
This can be divided, put nuts in half and leave half plain.
