Meatballs In Mushroom Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    salt, pepper and onion to taste
    3/4 c. soda crackers
    1 egg
    1 can chicken rice soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Strain can of chicken rice soup.
    Reserve juice for gravy but add thick parts to meat mixture.
    Mix well.
    Shape into small balls and brown.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup to drippings and juice from chicken rice soup with enough water to make 1 can.
    Blend well and pour over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes covered and another 15 minutes uncovered.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
