Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation

Mix together the ingredients and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Cool and frost.
