Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Scald milk in double boiler; add sugar, flour, cocoa and salt and blend well, stirring until thick and smooth (20 minutes). Beat egg yolks and pour a bit of hot mixture into this and return to double boiler for 5 minutes.
    Add vanilla and cool.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue.
