Three Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    18 oz. red food coloring
    9 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 can dark sweet cherries
    1 c. chopped pecans
    6 bananas
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients together and cook in a saucepan until thickened like pie filling.
    Add the pecans and bananas to mixture.
    Pour into 3 baked and cooled pie crusts.
    Top with whipped topping, whipped cream or ice cream.
