90 Minute Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 c. plain flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix 3/4 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast.
    Heat milk, water and margarine to 120\u00b0.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
    Add 1/4 cup flour and beat at high speed 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make soft dough.
    Turn out on floured board and knead 2 to 3 minutes. Divide dough into 12 pieces.
    Shape into balls and place in greased round pan.
    Let rise 30 minutes.
    Place rolls in cold oven and turn oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 20 minutes or until done.
    Serve warm.
