Roast Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick oleo
1/2 tsp. rosemary
1 clove garlic
roast (I usually buy a rump roast)
1 can chicken broth
Preparation

Saute first 3 ingredients and brown roast.
Cut slits in roast and fill with mixture.
Pour can of chicken broth over roast and bake at 350\u00b0, basting occasionally.
Bake, covered, until last 30 minutes or so.
Thicken the liquid (chicken broth) and it makes a delicious gravy.
This is easy and really delicious.
