Meatless One Pot Meal(Rice, Beans And Tomatoes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    salt to taste
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Mexican stewed tomatoes
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pinto beans or red beans
Preparation
    Heat the water to boiling. Add the rice. Salt to taste. Cook on low for 20 minutes. Add a little more water if needed. Then add the tomatoes and beans. Heat through and serve.
