Crock-Pot Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer
    minced onion flakes
    margarine or butter
    dried mint
Preparation
    Thaw to room temperature and remove parts bag from inside. Wash off the chicken and pat dry with paper towels.
    Coat chicken with soft margarine.
    Place in crock-pot.
    Take dried mint in hand (approximately 1/2 to 1 teaspoon).
    Crush and sprinkle over chicken.
    Take dried onions and coat chicken generously.
    Cover completely.
    Turn on low for 8 hours.
