Brown Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Stick of butter
1 1/2 c. rice
2 c. beef broth soup
Preparation

Melt butter, add rice and stir constantly.
Put in casserole dish and add soup.
Cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can add mushrooms, almonds, peppers and onions toward the end of cooking.
